My Story Why I Felt for Essential Oils

I have always been drawn to a healthier, more conscious way of living.

Not because its perfect-but because it feels responsible.

When I become mother, I started looking more closely at what we use on our bodies every day. Skin isn't just something we decorate-its something that absorbs, protects, and communicates with the rest of the body and skin care.

Many everyday products rely on small group of commonly used preservatives and additives. Scientific research continues to explore how long-term, repeated exposure to certain substances may interact with the body's hormonal communication system-especially during sensitive life stages like childhood and adolescence.

The endocrine system works through delicate chemical signals. When those signals are constantly challenged, the body may need to work harder to maintain balance.

The awareness id what inspired to start innovating body and skin care with a different mindset:

  • fewer unnecessary ingredients
  • thoughtful formulation
  • respect for the body's natural rhythms       ]

My goal has never been to eliminate everything-but to reduce cumulative exposure where possible, especially for the younger generation.

Essential oils became part of this journey not as a trend, but as a way to reconnect care with nature, ritual, and intention. Used responsibility, they support a more sensory, mindful approach to wellbeing-one that works with the body, not against it.

Health living isn't about extremes. It's about small, conscious choices repeated over time. This is where my story begins-with care, curiosity, and responsibility for what we pass on to the next generation.
