My Story - Why I Believe in Essential Oils 

There was a time when I didn't realise how stressed I really was. 

From the outside, everything looked good. I was a mother, building businesses, supporting my children in competitive sport, trying to do everything g right.

Healthy food. Exercise. Staying strong for everyone.

But inside, I was constantly going.

Thinking about the next thing.

Worrying about my children non-stop... for what ??

Trying to hold everything together.

My mind never really switched off.

I woke up already tired.

My chest often felt tight.

And I started losing the simple joy I used to feel in everyday life.

Many women know this feeling.

But at the same time, something else started to change in me.

I began to look closely at my daily environment and the things I was using every day.

Perfumes, body lotions, shower gels, synthetic fragrance in the home.

I realised that modern life surround us with many chemicals that our bodies were never designed to handle in such constant amount.

I started transforming into natural products mostly home made essential oils products.

And result ....

I am calmer. My hormones are balanced ... Finally....

My body no longer feels driven by stress and hormonal imbalances. I feel more aligned with my body / mind - lighters clearer, and more at peace.

Same time, there was something else......  I learned about myself.

Some women are naturally more sensitive to responsibility and worry, its they nature.

... That's me !!

We feel things deeply.

We think ahead.

We care about everyone around us.

It is not weakness.

It is simply part of our character.

We are the ones who think about our children's safety, our family's wellbeing, the future, the details that others may not even notice.

But when that caring mind never rests, it can slowly turn into constant anxiety.

The body stays alert.

The mind keeps scanning for problems. And without realising it, we live in permanent tension.

Many women only notice this when they reach the point of " burnout", like I did.

When the body says:

" Stop. I cannot keep going like this."

That experience taught me something very important.

You cannot change your character.You cannot stop caring.

But you can learn how to calm your nervous system and bring your body back to safety.

That is what I began to practice and I started using essential oils in my daily routine, not because I expected miracles but because the scent helped me pause for a moment.

Morning - a fresh oil in the diffuser to start the ay with energy 

Afternoon - grounding oils when the day become overwhelming

Evening - calming oils to tell my body it was time to rest.

And slowly, something changed.

My body relaxed.

Overstimulation lowered.

My reactions softened.

I started smiling more again.

The constant pressure inside my chest bagged to disappear.

When I become calmer, my children became calmer. Because when a other feels safe and relaxed, the whole environment changes.

That experience changed how I see wellbeing.

Balance is not about removing stress completely.

Balance is when your body knows how to return to calm again.

Today I share what helped me with other women who feel overwhelmed, tired, disconnected from themselves. Essential oils become part of my daily ritual - a simple way to pause, breathe, and come back to myself.

And that is what I now want to teach other women - so they do not have to reach burnout before they learn how to slow down and take care of themselves.
