You're doing everything right.. but something still feels off.

From outside, everything looked full- even beautiful.

A family, three children, a life moving fast between countries, airports, races, and responsibilities.

But inside.. I was running on empty.

For years, my life became a constant cycle of banging, organising, packing, unpacking, and moving again.

There was no pause. No holiday. No space. No time to ask myself a simple question.

Who am I in all of this?

I had studied, achieved my Master's degree, and build knowledge in a field I once believed would be my path. But life changed.

Motherhood, travel, and the intensity of our daily routine made it impossible to continue in the same direction.

So I kept searching. Trying different ideas. Different businesses. Different ways to " find my place"

But nothing truly felt aligned.

And slowly, my body started to speak.

I began waking up in the morning ... exhausted . Not just tired-but deeply drained. I stayed in bed longer and longer, not because I wanted to rest, but because I didn't have energy to step into the day.

That was the moment I realised:

"This is not just stress or some tiredness, this is the beginning of burnout."

Instead of turning immediately to medication, I made a different decision.

I paused. I started looking for a way back to myself. That's when I discovered essential oils - but not as a " product " as a tool to reconnect.

They helped me slow down. They helped me create small moments of space in a life that had none. They helped my nervous system breathe again. But the real shift need more energy. I needed clarity.

I needed to understand:

  • how I naturally function
  • why I was pushing myself the way I did
  • what my real strengths and talents were
  • and where I was going against myself instead of working with myself
  • Thats when I took a personality and strengths assessment, test to prove my talents 
  • For the first time, things made sense.Not because it " changed" me - but because it showed me who I already was.
  • From there, everything started to shift.
  • I stopped forcing myself into directions that weren't mine.
  • I started working with my natural strengths.
  • I allowed myself to slow down without guilt.

And slowly..... I began to feel again....energy came slowly back...joy returned...I could laugh ... I could finally breathe...I could enjoy my yoga practice again, something that gave me life back.
